COURT FILING FEES
The court charges a mandatory fee when a divorce is filed. This fee is commonly called "the court fee." Court filing fees are paid directly to the court and are not included in our service fees.
In New York, the court fee is a minimum of $335.
In New Jersey, the court fee is $300.
In Texas, the court fee varies by county with an average fee of $300.
